Comparing both, Dimensions are similar but the Moto X just 1 percent taller and wider
even in thickness little bit the size is high.

Moto X has 179g
Oneplus2 has 175g
Moto X slightly heavier than OnePlus2
3.Frame of the phones
Moto X has ALUMINUM Frame
OnePlus2 has ALUMINUM and MAGNESIUM Frames
4. Back Panel of the phones
Silicone, Bamboo, Walnut, Cherry and Leather are available for Moto X but u should select any one of these backs before buying a phone because its Permanent.
In OnePlus2 it comes with the sandstone back panel other backs are Bamboo, Rosewood, Apricot and Kevlar are can buy in future and swap it yourself with the price $27.

Some argue that QHD displays are not worth for the battery consumption
But QHD really even look much better than FHD.
